How Vertical Points Work

What Counts

Vertical Points (VPs) reflect your all-time participation and engagement with 29029 — events, volunteering, 1:1 coaching, and apparel purchases.

Recency Matters

Recent activity is weighted more heavily than older activity.

Volunteer Points

Points earned from volunteering are updated every October.

All 29029 alumni receive priority registration ahead of the general public — regardless of Tier. Your Tier simply determines when your registration window opens.

0–24 VPs

No priority registration access — earn 25 VPs to reach Base.

To view your Vertical account, log in at my.29029.co/thevertical/login.

Vertical Points update twice each year. The Midyear update reflects your latest activity; the October update establishes your Tier and priority registration window for the upcoming event season (and adds points earned by volunteering).

Guest registration is available only at the same event location where you, the 29029 member, are registered.

You'll stay at the Member level with an active Vertical account. Every event and everything else you do from here keeps building your VP total.
