From Section 4 and 5 of the complete 29029 Terms and Conditions, ticket refund and transfer policies are as follows:
Each ticket to an Event includes a non-refundable and non-transferrable fee which equals 20% of the total registration fee for the purchased ticket(s) including taxes and fees (the “Non-Refundable Fee”). The non-refundable fee applies to paid-in-full and payment plan options, with payment plans being 20% of the total registration fee which is inclusive of any and all future amounts due.
All accepted refunds will be returned to the purchasing customer on the original form of payment used at the time of registration. All refund requests for registrations paid using installment plans will be returned in multiple transactions based on monthly installments paid and not as one lump amount. If your ticket purchase and/or participation is part of a Group Sales Contract, it may be subject to different refund policies outlined in that Contract that override those stated below. Only the individual or organization that purchased the ticket(s) has a right or claim on any amounts eligible for refund.
It is recommended that the Participant purchase special event insurance covering the Participant’s individual risks, including, without limitation, trip cancellation, lost luggage and equipment, event cancellation, and medical emergencies through a third-party provider.
4.01 Refunds for Standard Events.

If 50% or less of the registration fee has been paid, there are no funds eligible for a refund but the remaining amount due would be cancelled.
