Le 29029 revient dans l'emblématique Sun Valley pour lancer la saison d'escalade 2024 ! Nichée entre Big Wood River et Bald Mountain, la première station de ski d'Amérique est un paradis estival avec des sentiers de montagne épiques. Nous grimperons près de 600 mètres de dénivelé à chaque ascension du mont « Baldy » tout en admirant la magnifique région sauvage de Sawtooth. Un endroit idéal pour les familles avec une multitude d'activités à Ketchum et dans les environs. Les grimpeurs séjourneront dans un village de tentes glamping le long de la Big Wood River.

The majority of the trail is on ski runs consisting of hard-packed dirt, rock, and gravel. From the base, we'll hike up Lower River to Lower Canyon, and then will access the fire road for a short section, where you cross in and out of Forest Service and BLM land along Upper Canyon to the top of the Roundhouse Gondola. The defining feature of the climb is a steep pitch near the summit known as 'The Wall' that brings out your best.
